There are several ways that our service will create tremendous savings for our clients over the lifespan of an apartment complex. The first is by protecting clients from denied insurance claims. As veteran property managers are aware, insurance providers will often dispute on the ground there is no proof that damage caused during a storm was actually caused by the recent storm.
